Sessions and Fees

Sessions

Each session lasts one hour and will usually take place at the same time and on the same day of the week. However, I am able to be flexible around your other commitments. 

 I offer in-person sessions in rooms in the town centre of Hitchin, Hertfordshire.

I also offer online sessions using Zoom. 

 

Initial Session

During your initial session, you will be able to find out more about how I work and whether you feel that this will suit your needs.  

The number of sessions you have is up to you and this can be reviewed at any time.  Sometimes just a few sessions may all that it is needed to work through concerns. 

It may also be the case that more longer work is preferred and this is equally possible. 

Fees

Sessions last for 1 hour. The charge is £45 for online sessions and £55 for in-person sessions.  

I offer some sessions at a reduced fee for students or those on a lower income, please do contact me for further information.

You are welcome to have an initial conversation with me by telephone and this is free.

Cancellations

Please give 24 hours notice whenever possible, if you need to cancel. 

I may need to charge if a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice.
